Erica Wheeler Associate Attorney

Bio

Erica Wheeler graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in May 2009, and has been licensed to practice in Texas since November 2009. She understands that when you find yourself in need of her services, it is a confusing, and often overwhelming time. She prides herself on taking the time to make sure you understand the court system and is available to answer your questions along the way. Erica believes that every case and client brings a unique perspective to litigation, and she focuses her practice primarily on criminal defense, juvenile defense, and family law.

Erica claims both Arkansas and Texas as her home states, spending equal time in both growing up. Along with practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her children’s elementary school.

Erica and her husband Alan Wheeler founded Wheeler Law Office in 2012. In early 2023 Alan Wheeler was elected as the Judge of the Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 and Erica then took over their existing law firm. In October of 2023 Wheeler Law Office merged with Goline Roland Law Firm, PLLC where Erica became an Associate Attorney and brings with her passion and determination to ensure that her client’s story gets told.
